Ashly has significant experience in the area of domain name enforcement, policing, acquisition, and maintenance. Ashly has for several years been doing trademark licensing work for Ford Motor Company and PepsiCo. She is highly skilled in trademark prosecution matters.

In 2005, Ashly received the Bar and Gavel Award, which honors graduating students who have given outstanding service to the law school, the community and the law profession. Upon graduation, Ashly was inducted into the Chicago-Kent College of Law Bar and Gavel Society. In addition, in 2003 Ashly received the CALI Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy.
