The Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Moves Closer to Federal Court Procedures: Using the New TTAB Rules to Your Advantage


The US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has made significant changes to the rules of practice applicable in inter partes proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). Most of them took effect on November 1, 2007.
